Educational board

We are learning about the calendar, the times, and the seasons. Here we learn:

• About the seasons, these consist of different months (when is it cold? when is it warm? When do the trees shed their leaves? When do flowers start to bloom?);
• About the calendar (how many days in a month? Does each month have the same number of days?);
• About the clock, its structure, how to recognise the hours and minutes (how many minutes make an hour? How many hours make a day?).

Once you have familiarised yourself with the board and its components, come up with some simple tasks for the club members, such as telling them the exact time and date of their birth, telling them about the weather on the day of the off day, and asking them to display it all on the board.

It is also a great opportunity to learn basic English words and improve fine motor skills by rotating the arrows!
