How do I return this box after a month of play and collect another?

1. One month after receiving your box, our courier will come to pick it up and deliver a new box.

2. Before the courier arrives, you will be informed by text message about the delivery within 1-2 days. You will also be given a link in the message which will allow you to change the delivery date.

3. Please take care of putting the toys back in the box, and make sure the toys are disassembled, clean and secure. Seal the box.

4. On the day of delivery, you will receive a second text-message with the exact time of arrival of the courier.

5. When the courier arrives, open the newly received box and remove the parcel sticker. Stick it on the toy box you received earlier, seal the box itself and give it to the courier.
