You don’t have to worry, over 99.4% of our toys end each month safely! The toys are selected very carefully to ensure they don’t break easily. But, what if…? If that were to happen, we ask you to contact us, we respond to each situation individually and propose suitable actions as every child is different. Usually a small compensation is agreed which ranges between 3-5 EUR. If however the toy is damaged severely or you would like to purchase a toy, you can contact us and we will provide you with further directions. The toy’s prices include depreciation so they have very attractive pricing.

We take full care of each and every toy, so you don’t have to. The toys are cleaned using specialised, child-safe cleaning agents or by using a cold fog-generator to disinfect. We use only licensed disinfectants made in France to ensure that only clean and safe toys reach your home.

Each child is different in their own way and we as parents understand this. We have created these toy boxes so that every child can find something which will engage and interest him. 

If however you see that there’s little hopes for that, we offer a free exchange once every three months. Just contact us and we will change your current box at no extra cost!

The shipping prices are displayed during your order process. The cost includes free returns so when your subscription is over we will dispatch a courier to you for a hassle-free return. We use DPD and deliver only by couriers so you can be sure of quick and secure deliveries.
